#NeedARide

Within the Swarm City ecosystem users will find many ways to connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs and free spirits. We are joined daily by new swarm from all around the globe, growing and showing the world what decentralization is and what we will bring with it.

Over the past year, communities around the world have joined the Swarm City Facebook networks. There are 100s of #NeedARide global groups available for swarm members to utilize however they wish. Some of these groups are very active already, as certain areas have built reliable networks of drivers that actively engage with other members in need of trnasportation, food or package delivery, SwarmBnb room rentals, and much more in exchange for whatever they decide amongst themselves.

Swarm City members are only limited by their own minds. We encourage users to think way outside the box, and to use the tools we provide to engage in truly decentralized peer2peer transactions. We challenge members to learn a new way of living. We are developing a Decentralized App (DApp) to aid in this discovery process, you can see the latest version here. Rideshare is not yet available within the Swarm City Terminal, but in the coming Boardwalk release, this will be the primary function.

In the meantime, Swarm City members can join their local Swarm City Facebook groups to form local connections.

It’s as simple as 1,2,3:

Step 1: create a post with #NeedARide
Step 2: members converse privately
Step 3: comment on the post #done

The groups listed below have at least 25 members, there are many more groups waiting to be filled. If you do not see a group near you got to Facebook and search Swarm City ~ “your city” #NeedARide. If you still haven’t found a local group join one of the International Hives and leave a post for the admins that you would like to join a #NeedARide group near you.
